Chris Moore is an experienced player development coach currently leading the u18 team at Newcastle United Football Club since October 2021, with prior roles including assistant and lead positions in youth development. Previously, Chris held the position of Head of Player Development at Sunderland AFC from 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities included supporting coaches and overseeing player development. Chris also served as an FA Affiliate Tutor for UEFA B Level and as Head of Football at Durham University, enhancing coaching programs for men's and women's teams. Chris's background includes professional playing experience at clubs such as Newcastle United, Darlington, and Gateshead. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Durham University and a degree in Journalism and Marketing from Rutgers University.
