Matthew Hutchinson

Matthew Hutchinson is a skilled performance analyst with extensive experience in football analytics. Currently serving as a performance analyst for Newcastle United Football Club across various age groups, including the first team and U18 and U9-16 squads, Matthew has previously held similar roles at Newcastle United Foundation and Gateshead Football Club, where responsibilities included game filming, coding, and producing analytical reports. Prior experience also includes a camera operator and editing position at Film My Match, a physical education teaching placement, and a summer coaching role with Challenger Sports. Matthew holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport Coaching from Northumbria University.
