Brennan Hitpas

Brennan Hitpas has a strong background in finance and real estate. Brennan started their career in 2000 as a Senior Financial Analyst at DST Systems, where they worked until 2003. At DST Systems, they gained experience in financial analysis. In 2003, they joined General Growth Properties as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they worked for three years until 2006. At General Growth Properties, they continued to develop their financial analysis skills. In 2006, Brennan joined Newcastle Limited as a Managing Director. In this role, they oversee the firm's acquisitions and investment strategy, specifically focusing on retail, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in the Chicago area.

Brennan Hitpas completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance & Economics from Rockhurst University between 1996 and 1999.
