With a wealth of experience in a wide range of building classifications ranging from commercial fitouts through to large industrial, residential,  health, aged care and retail developments, NewCert will be able to assist you in helping to ensure the smooth running of the certification of your development.

We are accredited to approve all classifications and sizes of buildings including where alternative solutions are proposed to address fire safety matters.  We are a member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors and are accredited by the Building Professionals Board within the NSW State Government's Department of Planning.
