Shu Yang currently serves as Director and General Manager of Innovative Business at New China Life Insurance Co., Ltd., actively assisting the CEO in managing the group IT and R&D center. With a career spanning over two decades, Shu has held multiple leadership positions, including Director of the Board Office and guiding the strategic transformation efforts within the organization. Prior experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble, focusing on consumer and marketing knowledge, and at The Bank of East Asia, Limited, where compliance frameworks and training programs were developed. Shu's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Schulich School of Business and a BBA in Business Administration from Sichuan University.
