Hugo Fitzgerald

Hugo FitzGerald is an experienced professional in government and international affairs, currently serving as the Director of Government & International Affairs at newcleo, a leading advanced modular reactor developer, since January 2024. Previously, FitzGerald held various roles including Chair of the Conservative Party until November 2024, and Director & Head of Public Affairs at Rud Pedersen Group from June 2022 to December 2023. Additional experience includes a tenure as Managing Director at Hawthorn Advisors from January 2021 to June 2022 and at Finsbury from 2003 to January 2021. FitzGerald also contributed as a Governor at Randolph Beresford Early Years Centre from 2012 to March 2015 and worked as a Researcher in the Office of Rt Hon Andrew Robathan MP in 2003.
