Khalil Bukhari

Khalil Bukhari is a General Counsel at newcleo, where they are involved in legal matters pertaining to the nuclear industry. They previously served as General Counsel and Company Secretary for Nuclear Transport Solutions and have extensive experience as Senior Legal Counsel at GE Capital. Khalil is an active member of the International Atomic Energy Agency's International Expert Group on Nuclear Liability and chairs the Nuclear Transport Law Working Group for the International Nuclear Law Association. Additionally, they lecture on international nuclear law at the University of Montpellier and the OECD's International School of Nuclear Law. Khalil holds degrees in Business Law and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law London.
