Estefanía Castellanos

Estefanía Castellanos is a Human Resources Associate at NewCo. Estefanía previously worked as a Recruiter at Korn Ferry from September 2018 to January 2019 and as a Researcher Associate LATAM at Hays Executive from January 2019 to May 2020. During their time at Hays Executive, they were responsible for leading the regional recruitment processes of C-level positions for clients in the fintech, finance, B2C, technology and services industries.
