Scott Devine

Scott Devine currently serves as the Vice President of Insurance at Newcoast, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Scott was the Vice President - East Zone Executive at Lockton from October 2024 to August 2025 and the Senior Vice President - Growth Leader Southeast at Marsh McLennan Agency from August 2023 to October 2024. Earlier in the career, Scott was the Vice President - Private Client Practice Leader for the Eastern U.S. at Willis Towers Watson and served as Director of Sales & Business Development at Pearl Carroll & Associates from August 2007 to February 2011. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from William Paterson University of New Jersey, completed between 1991 and 1993.
