Jan Willem Groos

Jan Willem Groos has extensive experience in resource management, project management, and consultancy within various sectors, particularly in warehousing and information technology. Currently serving as the Resource Manager for the WMS (MLS) team at NewCold since September 2019, Jan Willem has also been a Project Manager at Davanti Warehousing BV since February 2018, overseeing the implementation of WMS in Melbourne, Australia. Previous roles include founding Prompters, organizing a community for professionals focused on organizational behavior, and serving as Managing Partner at De Feedbackacademie and Woya B.V. Throughout a robust career, Jan Willem has held several managerial positions in organizations such as Ordina and ELC Informatietechnologie, specializing in client relations, team development, and system analysis.
