Steve Shuster

Steve Shuster is an experienced professional with a diverse background in estimating, sales, and coaching. Currently serving as an Estimator at Newcomb and Company since August 2019 and as a Sales Associate at Leith Autopark East since May 2018, Steve also holds the position of Associate Head Coach and Quarterbacks Coach at Broughton High School, returning to the alma mater with enthusiasm. Previous coaching roles include Offensive Coordinator at Holly Springs High School, where Steve achieved notable success, breaking ten offensive school records and leading the team to the #1 total offense in the SWAC conference in 2013. Additional coaching experience includes positions at Leesville Road High School and the University of Charleston. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Appalachian State University and attended N.C. State University for further studies in the same field.
