Carolina Koster has held various roles in the healthcare and education sectors since 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Medewerker Rechtenbeheer at MN. Carolina then worked as an Intern at St. Antonius Hospital Nieuwegein, The Netherlands in 2014. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Erasmus University Rotterdam as an Onderzoeksassistent and at Erasmus MC as a Product Owner BI Bedrijfsvoering, Product Owner Informatiemanagement Bedrijfsvoering, Coördinator External Affairs Healthcare a.i., Data-analyst, and Adviseur patiëntenzorg/Project secretaris | Portfolio & Market Intelligence. In 2021, they began working as a Product Owner at NewCompliance.

Carolina Koster obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Health Economics, Policy and Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2013 to 2015. Carolina also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Gezondheidszorg / Algemene gezondheidswetenschappen / Gezondheidswetenschappen from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).
