Naomi Besseling

Naomi Besseling has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Naomi is currently employed as the RA/QA Manager at NewCompliance, a position they assumed in March 2023. Prior to this role, Naomi worked at Agendia from 2017 to 2023, where they held various positions including Manager Product Development, Project Manager Software and Product Development, and Product Development Assistant. At Agendia, they demonstrated enthusiasm and a willingness to take on challenges in supporting various departments. Before joining Agendia, Naomi worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as a Junior Technician in the Product Quality Management Department from 2016 to 2017. In this role, they conducted quality control and assisted in the validation of new methods. Prior to that, they gained research experience as a Research Intern at Erasmus MC, Department Experimental Cardiology in 2015, where they conducted research on bacterial signatures in coronary artery thrombi. Additionally, they worked as a Research Intern at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Department of Genetics from 2013 to 2014, where they conducted research on DNA of pistachio nuts in processed food. Throughout their career, Naomi has utilized various scientific techniques and demonstrated a strong work ethic and adaptability.

Naomi Besseling obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology and Medical Laboratory Research / Life Science Research from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Naomi attended this institution from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they received certifications in various fields, including OKR Certified Coach from Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method in September 2021, Design Control Requirements - Integrating the Quality System Regulation and ANSI/AAMI/ISO 13485 from AAMI in September 2018, Bachelor of Science from Hogeschool Rotterdam in December 2015, Getuigschrift Spaans voor Gevorderden from Hogeschool Rotterdam in April 2013, and VOL-VCA from Checkbase in December 2012.
