Franco Greco

Greco was promoted to VP in 2017 and led the company's VA Home Loan origination team. In this role, he developed the company's Management Leadership Program to identify the posterity for NewDay.

Greco also led the company's recruiting effort which has driven growth in the NewDay USA team from 300 to 600 over the past three years. As senior vice president of loan origination and business development, Greco will develop and grow the NewDay team to over 1000 by 2021.

Greco graduated from Salisbury University with a bachelor's degree in history and also studied sales, marketing, and political science. He started his career as a sales manager at Vector Marketing and then went on to be a TAS Agent at New York Life, one of the largest life insurance companies in the US, before his transition to NewDay.
