Shanon Lake-Catello

Shanon Lake-Catello has extensive work experience in the technology and mortgage settlements industry. Shanon is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at NewDay USA, a position they started in February 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Vice President of Technology and Vendor Management at Veteran Express Title, a subsidiary of NewDay USA, starting in July 2020.

Before joining NewDay USA, Shanon worked at Commonwealth USA Settlements LLC for a decade from November 2010 to July 2020. During their time there, they held the dual role of Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Technology Officer.

Shanon's earlier experience includes serving as the Managing Director and Executive Vice President at Mortgage Settlement Network from 2004 to 2007, and as the Director of U.S. Product Marketing at Basis100 Corp from 2002 to 2004.

Shanon began their career at Lender's Service, Inc. in 1995, where they worked as the Corporate Branding and Public Relations Director until 2002.

Shanon Lake-Catello earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art from Carlow University, from 1994 to 1998. Shanon later pursued a Master of Science degree in Management & Technology at the same university, from 1999 to 2001.
