Daniel Carles is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer for NewDay on the Stratus project, Daniel oversees a team of six senior engineers, focusing on the technical direction of a greenfield FinTech platform. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Checkatrade.com and WorldRemit, where Daniel contributed to the design and migration of projects and managed critical integrations. Daniel also held technical leadership roles at Bionic and has a solid foundation in Microsoft technologies from earlier positions at easyCar, Geeks Ltd, and Entrepidus, as well as foundational experience in software development from DBAccess and Adverweb. Daniel holds a Computer Engineering degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar and is recognized as a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer.
