Katie Piosik

Katie Piosik is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Head of Organisation Effectiveness at NewDay since June 2015, with a focus on Talent & Organisational Design and Talent & Performance Management. Prior to this role, Katie worked at Barclays PLC from October 2009 to October 2015 as a Senior Talent Specialist, and at Barclays Investment Bank from October 2006 to October 2009 as an MI & Reward Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at DuPont from January 2003 to March 2006 and as a Consultant at LINK Recruitment from November 2001 to January 2003. Katie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Graduate CIPD in Human Resources Management and Services from London Metropolitan University, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
