Paul Marron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in incident and problem management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Incident Management & Insight at NewDay since December 2020, Paul leads the Incident Management function and oversees major incidents while driving improvements through detailed post-incident reviews.
