Paul Mawson is an experienced IT Transformation Project Manager currently leading the Voice Project Team at NewDay since November 2012, where responsibilities include vendor procurement and overseeing the migration of the Voice platform. Following NewDay's acquisition of Santander Cards UK in January 2013, Paul has been integral in supporting the business's focus on store card and branded credit card operations for major retailers. Prior to NewDay, Paul served as an Infrastructure Project Manager at Produban from May 2009 to November 2012, delivering complex voice platform transformation projects for Groupo Santander. Earlier career experiences include roles as Project Leader, Senior Telecoms Analyst, and Telecoms Analyst at General Electric - Retail Finance between June 2004 and May 2009. Paul holds a BA Hons in Business and Finance from The University of Huddersfield and an HND in Business and Finance from Nottingham Trent University.
