Tom Lambalot

Tom Lambalot has a diverse work experience in various executive positions. Tom currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of NewEdge Signal Solutions since 2016. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Director at TWIA LLC from 2006 to 2016, where they provided strategy consulting services to local companies. From 2006 to 2012, they were the Chief Commercial Officer at Paratek Microwave, where they successfully developed and executed market strategies globally. Tom Lambalot also served as the President/CEO of SmartLink Radio Networks from 2003 to 2005, where they overcame challenges to establish the company in the field of interoperable communication networks. Tom was also the President/CEO of Envoy Networks from 1999 to 2002, leading it to a profitable sale. Before that, they were the President/CEO of Filtronic Comtek Inc. from 1995 to 2000, where they implemented a turnaround strategy and achieved sustained growth and profitability.

Tom Lambalot earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, specializing in Communications and Radio Frequency Theory/Microwave Engineering. Tom attended the university from 1981 to 1985. Later, they pursued an MBA at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, focusing on Finance and Marketing. Tom completed their MBA from 1990 to 1994.
