Kelcy Chiou

Kelcy Chiou has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as the Financial and Accounting Director for the China Region at The Newegg Group since November 2014. Previously, Kelcy was the Controller and Chief of Auditing at TPK Group (Xiamen) from October 2010 to November 2014, overseeing operations at Ray-Star Optical Solutions (Xiamen) Inc. and TPK U. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in System Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from National Defense University.
