Ayman Rahman currently serves as the Global Senior Manager for Industrial Engineering & Lean Sigma Optimization at Newell Brands, where responsibilities include leading system development, coaching, and project leadership focusing on various optimization programs. Previously, Ayman held the role of Senior Manager for Continuous Improvement at Kellogg Company, enabling a business-wide continuous improvement mindset and identifying significant cost savings. Prior experiences also include positions at West Pharmaceutical Services, Crown Equipment Corporation, and Pitt Community College, showcasing expertise in lean processes, digital transformation, and teaching in mechanical engineering technology. Ayman holds a Master's degree in Technology Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Technology from East Carolina University, along with an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Pitt Community College.
