Marian Elliott

Marian Elliott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic leadership across various sectors, currently serving as Sr. Director, Program Management and Chief of Staff at Newell Brands since August 2020. In this role, Marian acts as a key advisor to the CEO of the Learning and Development segment, facilitating the execution of strategic priorities. Previously, Marian held significant positions at Newell Brands, including directing the Program Management Office and managing a global innovation portfolio, as well as serving as Senior Program Manager for Apex Tool Group in the Aerospace division. Marian's early career includes roles in operations management at Target Corporation and the U.S. Department of Defense, contributing to expertise in managing complex projects, team development, and process improvements. Marian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Coppin State University.
