Matthew Rieger

Matthew Rieger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operational improvement. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Global Reliability at Newell Brands since April 2019, Rieger has also held roles in Continuous Improvement and EFO Management within the same organization. Prior to Newell Brands, Rieger worked as a Regional TPM Manager at Plastipak Packaging, Inc., and held various managerial positions at Johnson Controls, Hendrick Metal Products, and Franklin Development Trust, Inc., showcasing skills in maintenance, project management, and team leadership. Rieger's career began in the United States Air Force as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Leadership from Judson University, alongside studies at Keller Graduate School of Management and Northern Illinois University.
