Holly Irvin, CAPM®, ITIL®, has extensive experience in workforce optimization and project management, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Optimization Services at New Era Technology since October 2017. Irvin has held various positions within the same company, including WFO Practice Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to this, roles included Business Operations Manager and Operations Administrator at CDI Corporation from August 2011 to October 2017, as well as Victim Advocate at CONTACT Rape Crisis Center from August 2006 to August 2011.
