Charles Erbafina has extensive work experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Charles started their career at Carlson Real Estate in 1981, where they held the position of VP/Sales Manager - Condominium Division. In this role, they were responsible for branch activity, including hiring and training salespeople, business development, pricing strategies, and initial marketing plans. Charles also maintained a high level of personal sales production. After leaving Carlson Real Estate in 1990, Charles joined Chase Home Finance as a Branch Manager from 1991 to 2005. During this time, they successfully managed branch operations. In 2006, they joined New Fed Mortgage as a Vice President and is currently working in this role.
From 1972 to 1975, Charles Erbafina attended Suffolk University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a major in Accounting.
