Mike Rice (The Mortgage Guy)

Mike Rice, also known as "The Mortgage Guy," has had a diverse range of experience in the mortgage industry. Mike started their career at VIP Mortgage in 2003 as a Licensed Independent Net Branch Manager and later became a Senior Mortgage Consultant. In 2008, they joined SB Mortgage Group Inc as a Branch Manager, where they managed daily operations and focused on sales, marketing, web design, and lead generation. In 2010, they joined New Fed Mortgage as a Vice President of Loan Origination, where they were dedicated to providing world-class service to clients. Additionally, Mike has been involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Woburn since 2014, serving as an Incorporator and helping to oversee the organization's mission and financial solvency.

Mike Rice "The Mortgage Guy" attended Winchester High School from 1984 to 1987. Mike did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. Additionally, Mike has obtained several loan originator certifications over the years, including being a licensed loan originator in Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Mike obtained their most recent certification as a CT Licensed Loan Originator from the Connecticut Division of Banks in January 2020.
