Michael began their career as a Designer at Cooper-Standard Automotive, where they worked on customer requirements and design implementation for Ford Product Development Center. Michael then transitioned into the mortgage industry, starting as a Loan Officer at Nationstar Mortgage, where they focused on customer care and finding solutions for denied mortgage applications. After that, they joined Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President and Lending Officer, where they served for over 13 years. Michael then moved to loanDepot Wholesale as an Account Executive before eventually becoming the VP Regional Sales Manager at Newfi Wholesale. Throughout their career, Michael has gained experience in sales, account management, and team leadership.
From 1994 to 1995, Michael Jackson attended Ferris State University. Michael pursued a degree in Computer Information Systems and successfully completed an Associate of Arts (AA) program during this time.
