Rachelle Vaughn

Rachelle Vaughn is currently an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Certification at Missouri State University. Prior to this, Rachelle has held various roles such as Volunteer Patient Advocate, Processing Team Lead, Customer Service Representative, Mortgage Loan Processor, and Bank Statement Desk Underwriter. Rachelle also participated in a patient leadership council for a pharmaceutical company.
