Mykola Kovalchuk is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Head of Product Development at Newfire Global Partners, Mykola has successfully led the development of multiple products and shaped strategic initiatives, utilizing design thinking methodologies to address complex challenges. Previous roles include positions as Product Engineering Manager and Staff Engineer, where Mykola contributed to product ideation, user research, and performance management.
