Irene Kwon

Irene Kwon has extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Customer Programs Management Administrator at New Flyer from February 2011 to February 2012. Irene then worked as a Product Data Management Technician from March 2012 to June 2016, where they were responsible for configuring product structures and resolving performance errors. Irene then became a Product Data Management Project Coordinator at New Flyer from June 2016 to January 2019. From January 2019 to October 2020, they served as an Engineering Process Control Specialist, leading statistical problem-solving activities and implementing data collection plans for process improvement events. Currently, Irene is working as a Product Configuration Technical Lead at New Flyer, starting in October 2020. Irene manages the Product Configuration team, ensures accuracy in the product offerings database, and performs root cause analysis and corrective actions for identified errors. Prior to their time at New Flyer, Irene worked as a Merchandise Coordinator at E-Land Group from November 2005 to October 2007.

Irene Kwon completed their B.A in Chinese Language and Literature from Dankook University from 2001 to 2005. In 2002 to 2003, they studied Chinese Language and Literature at Sun Yat-sen University. In 2009, they attended Sotheby's Institute of Art, focusing on Art Marketing.
