Susan Trinh, CMA, CPA has a diverse work experience, primarily in finance-related roles. Susan started their career at CWB in 2002, where they held various positions such as Supervisor, Accounting, Manager, Producer Accounting, and Manager, Supply Chain Finance Support. Susan also had secondments as Business Lead for SMARTsoft Implementation and Procurement Finance Lead for Supply Chain Transformation.

In 2013, Susan Trinh joined New Flyer, where they initially served as a BA - Lean Facilitator before becoming a Business Manager in Customer Care. Susan'smost recent role at New Flyer is as the Director of Business Management and Continuous Improvement in the Customer Care department.
