Heidi Jeffrey

Heidi E. Jeffrey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement, strategic operations, and technology management. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Coordinator and Eco-Tours Coordinator at the Newfound Lake Region Association, Heidi is dedicated to facilitating narrated and chartered boat tours. Previous roles at Mento as a Strategy & Operations Coach involved empowering careers through mentorship and wellness coaching. With a long tenure at Fidelity Investments, Heidi held various leadership positions, including VP of the Agile Capabilities Team, overseeing strategic planning and executing initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings. Heidi E. Jeffrey holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Champlain College, a Juris Doctor from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Worcester State University.
