Adam Avery, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Adam began their career at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Newfoundland as an Executive Assistant in 2004. Adam then worked as a Retail Clerk at Canadian Tire for six years before moving on to Rogers Communications as a Customer Care Consultant in 2005. Adam joined Air Canada as a Customer Service Agent in 2006 and later transitioned to John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.), where they held roles as a Senior Client Account Representative, Financial Analyst, and Intermediate Financial Analyst from 2008 to 2014. Since 2014, Adam has been employed at Newfoundland Power, first as a Customer Service Representative and currently as a Financial Analyst. In their current position, they are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, expense management, financial reporting, and monitoring financial performance. Adam's strong analytical skills and expertise in financial analysis make him a valuable asset in any financial role.
