Crsp Holly Williams

Holly Williams, CRSP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Holly currently works at Newfoundland Power as a Safety & Environment Analyst since June 2019. Prior to this, they held the role of HSEQ Coordinator at Expro from April 2014 to June 2019. Holly also gained experience as a Safety Co-Op Work Term Student at Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro – A Nalcor Energy Company in 2013 and as a Customer Account Representative at Newfoundland Power from May 2012 to December 2012. Earlier in their career, they served as a Supervisor/Key Holder at Smart Set from June 2009 to May 2012 and as a Work Term Student at IPMA Canada in May 2011.

Holly Williams, CRSP, obtained a Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from the College of the North Atlantic, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Holly subsequently pursued a Post Diploma in Safety Engineering Technology from the same institution, completing their studies in 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Holly obtained the Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation from the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals in March 2018. Holly also completed the MoveSMART Strength & Control training from SSA/MoveSMART® in August 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Basic Survival Training from the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland in June 2017, Standard First Aid/CPR C/AED from St. John Ambulance in July 2015, and Dropped Object Prevention Train the Trainer Familiarisation from DROPS in May 2015.

Holly has also obtained various other certifications, including ISO 9001:2008 - Internal Auditor Workshop from Quality Matters Inc. in October 2014, Qualitative Fit Testing Workshop from 3M in October 2014, Kelvin TOP-SET Investigator from Kelvin TOP-SET in September 2014, Managing Safely from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health in September 2014, and Occupational Health & Safety Committee Certification Training from Safety Services Newfoundland Labrador in September 2014.

Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in Fall Protection from Rogers Enterprises Ltd. in July 2014, Confined Space - Level II Entry from Rogers Enterprises Ltd. in June 2014, H2S Alive from Enform in June 2014, and Emergency First Aid/CPR A/AED in May 2013.
