Jackie Romaine

Jackie Romaine has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Jackie is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Newfoundland Power since April 2022. Prior to this, Jackie worked at Vale, where they held various roles including Human Resources Manager - Newfoundland & Labrador Operations from September 2018 to April 2022, Human Resources Manager - Labrador Operations from July 2013 to August 2018, and Human Resources Business Partner from September 2007 to July 2013. Before joining Vale, Jackie worked at Canadian Pacific Railway as a Labour Relations Officer from April 2004 to August 2007 and as a Compensation & Policy Specialist from April 2001 to March 2004.

Jackie Romaine obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Jackie pursued their education at the university from 1992 to 1997.
