Lisa Young

Manager, Customer Service: Contact Centre, Regional Customer Care, Programs And Communications at Newfoundland Power

Lisa Young has a strong background in customer service and marketing. Lisa started their career at Bell Aliant in 1995, where they held various roles such as Sales Campaign Manager and Sales Operations Manager. Lisa then progressed to roles with increasing responsibility, including Senior Manager positions in Consumer Marketing Program Implementation and Consumer Market Management & Planning. In 2009, Lisa became the Senior Manager of Customer Care Development at Bell Aliant. In 2013, they joined Newfoundland Power as the Manager of Customer Service, overseeing Contact Centre, Regional Customer Care, Programs, and Communications.

Lisa Young completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing at Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1988 to 1993. Lisa then pursued a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Memorial/York, spanning from 2000 to 2001. In 2011, Lisa obtained their Master's of Employment Relations degree with a focus on Labor and Industrial Relations from Memorial University of Newfoundland, completing their education in this field in 2014.
