Manager, Marketing, Engagement And Innovation at Newfoundland Power

Stephanie Daley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Stephanie is currently working at Newfoundland Power as the Manager of Business and Innovation, where they oversee the takeCHARGE team and energy conservation programs. Prior to this, they held the role of Manager of Energy Conservation at the same company, leading the development and implementation of programs to help customers save energy and money. Stephanie also worked as the Marketing Team Lead for takeCHARGE, where they were responsible for marketing strategy and creative development. In addition, they worked at Memorial University of Newfoundland as a part-time instructor in the Faculty of Business Administration. Stephanie has previous experience at Target Marketing and Communications as an Account Manager, where they handled advertising for the Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism account. At Molson Coors Canada, they held various positions including Brand Manager for the Miller Portfolio, Assistant Brand Manager for Molson Canadian, Sales Representative, and Brand Assistant for Coors Light. In these roles, they successfully led initiatives such as the MGD Raptors activation strategy and the development of the Molson Canadian Hockey House. Stephanie has a strong background in marketing, brand management, and project leadership.

Stephanie Daley obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) Honours degree in Marketing from Memorial University of Newfoundland in the years 2001 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university, completing it between 2013 and 2017. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification as a Hootsuite Certified Professional from Hootsuite Media Inc. in August 2015.
