Stephanie Mandville

Stephanie Mandville has worked in various roles related to human resources and strategic management throughout their career. Stephanie is currently employed as the Human Resources Manager at Newfoundland Power since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Strategic Human Resource Management at the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information from November 2018 to October 2021.

Stephanie also worked for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, where they held multiple positions. Stephanie was the Senior Manager of Health Workforce Planning from December 2017 to November 2018 and from June 2016 to May 2017. Stephanie briefly served as the Executive Client Account Manager from May 2017 to December 2017. Stephanie also held the role of Director of Strategic Human Resources Management from February 2011 to June 2016.

Before joining the government sector, Stephanie worked as an Instructor (Introduction to Labour Relations) at Memorial University of Newfoundland from January 2010 to May 2011. Stephanie began their career at Eastern Health, where they served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant from May 2007 to February 2011, and previously as a Human Resources Consultant from May 2003 to May 2007.

Stephanie Mandville earned a Master's Degree in Employment Relations from Memorial University of Newfoundland, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) with a concentration in HR/LR from the same university, studying from 1997 to 2002.
