Amanda Pratt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and operations management, particularly within the realm of people operations. Currently serving as the Director of Programs and Operations at Newfront, Amanda has previously held roles such as People Operations Project Manager. Prior experience includes Project Manager in Human Resources and Database and Administrative Specialist at Easterseals Southern California, as well as positions in sales and customer service at Newco Distributors and Enjoy Lighting. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, earned in 2016.
