Jenni Ellis

Jenni Ellis is the Senior Vice President and Head of Service for Total Rewards at Newfront, overseeing the strategy and management of client service teams since July 2012. With extensive leadership experience, Jenni ensures the consistent execution of service offerings that align with client needs and business goals. Previously, Jenni held multiple senior leadership positions at Wells Fargo Insurance Services, including SVP of Employee Benefits, SVP of Major Market Leader, and Vice President, Sr. Account Executive. Earlier roles included Senior Account Manager at abd Insurance and Financial Services and Account Manager at Precept Group. Jenni holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from California State University, Chico, earned between 1990 and 1995.
