Kaveh Karimian

Kaveh Karimian is an experienced professional in the insurance and benefits consulting industry, currently serving as Principal and Vice President of Total Rewards at Newfront Insurance since February 2020. Under Kaveh's leadership, Newfront is innovating risk management, employee experiences, and insurance solutions through a modern platform. Prior to this role, Kaveh worked as an Employee Benefits Consultant at ProCo Insurance Services until its acquisition by Acrisure in October 2017, and held positions at Paychex, Insphere Insurance Solutions, and Morgan Stanley. Kaveh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Guelph, completed in 2000.
