Manashi Mukherjee

Manashi Mukherjee is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale change programs and overseeing customer service delivery. Currently serving as the Director of Central Operations at Newfront since April 2023, Manashi previously held roles including Supervisor PMO at Texas Mutual Insurance Company and Senior Program Manager at Marsh, where responsibilities included establishing a Program Governance Framework and enhancing client satisfaction across a sizable team. Earlier experience includes positions such as Manager of Operations at Marsh, overseeing a team that supported over 7,000 clients and 1 million transactions annually, as well as roles in operations and customer service from 2003 to 2014. Manashi holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Visva-Bharati.
