Nicole White

Nicole White, MBA, is a seasoned professional in employee benefits consulting and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Founding Principal at Newfront since July 2012, Nicole also contributes as an Executive Board Member at How Women Lead and is a member of Chief. In addition, Nicole is a Founding LP at How Women Invest, an early-stage venture firm dedicated to empowering female founders and investors. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President roles at Wells Fargo Insurance Services and abd Insurance & Financial Services, as well as serving as Board President at BRN. Nicole's career began at Pacific Life & Annuity, where significant contributions were made as National Sales Manager in corporate employee benefits sales. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Management from Pepperdine University.
