Manish Kumar Dugar has extensive experience in enterprise relationship management and project delivery, currently serving as GM - Strategic Account at Newgen Software since December 2006. Manish has held various leadership roles, including DGM - Strategic Accounts and DGM - Delivery, focusing on value additions in Business Process Management, Content Management, and Process Re-engineering for clients in the Caribbean, including major banks and the largest stock exchange in the region. Prior to Newgen, Manish worked as a Project Leader and Group Leader at IonIdea, as well as a Software Engineer at Vibes Software Pvt Ltd. Manish holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from B. M. S. College of Engineering, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
