Rajesh Pathak

Rajesh Pathak is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the field of human resources. Currently serving as Associate Vice President-HR at Newgen since January 2008, Rajesh has previously held positions as Manager HR at Safenet Infotech from 2001 to December 2007, Assistant Manager-HR at Network Programs between 1997 and February 2001, and Human Resources Executive at PCL MINDWARE from 1995 to 1997. Rajesh holds a PG Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Utkal University, completed between 1992 and 1994, and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from the same institution, obtained from 1989 to 1992, along with a 10+2 in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya, achieved between 1987 and 1989.
