Matthew Garrett

Matthew Garrett is a Partner and Managing Director at NewGen Strategies & Solutions, where Matthew oversees client relations and services. With a background as a municipal Finance Director, Matthew leads financial planning, rate design, and economic feasibility analysis projects. Prior to their current role, Matthew held positions as a Senior Consultant at the Town of Prosper and various financial roles at Collin County. Matthew holds a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Organizational Strategy from UT Dallas.
