Laura Mahajan

Laura Mahajan is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in course creation and program quality. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Course Creation and Director of Primary Program Quality at NewGlobe since July 2022, Laura has previously held significant roles, including Education Consultant and Director of Coaching at Match Education from 2008 to August 2022, and Education Consultant at the World Bank Group from March 2020 to August 2022. Earlier in her career, Laura worked as a 5th/6th Grade Social Studies Teacher at KIPP NYC and as a MATCH Corps Tutor at MATCH School. Laura's foundational experience began as a Project 55 Fellow at the North Lawndale Employment Network. With a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University and a Master's in Teaching of Social Studies from Teachers College, Columbia University, Laura combines strong academic credentials with practical expertise in educational settings.
