Adam Hornyak is a seasoned professional in enterprise applications and information systems with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Applications at New Home Co. since June 2025, Hornyak previously held key positions such as Director of ERP at Empire Communities, where oversight of Newstar and related systems was central. With a strong background in IT general control, Hornyak has effectively partnered with auditors and led numerous system implementations at Green Brick Partners, Inc. and ANH Consulting, where an emphasis on training, efficiency, and data integrity was established. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Hornyak's expertise includes business process management, presentations, and an extensive skill set exceeding 40 areas.
