Cole Nicholls

Cole Nicholls is an experienced procurement and purchasing professional with a diverse background in the construction and textile industries. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at New Home Co. since April 2024, Cole previously held the same title at Garrette Custom Homes from July 2023 to February 2024. Prior experience includes roles at PulteGroup as a Senior Procurement Agent and Procurement Agent from August 2019 to July 2023, and as Director of Purchasing at The Golf Club at Newcastle from August 2017 to August 2019. With extensive tenure at Pacific Coast Feather Company from May 2008 to October 2017, Cole managed import materials, customs documentation, and purchasing for various textile products. In addition, a brief stint as Marketing Director at JG Neil and Company in early 2007 rounds out a comprehensive skill set. Cole holds a BA in International Economics from the University of Washington, obtained between 2005 and 2006.
